Inside Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations and handle customer inquiries;
- Maintain good relationship with vendors and customers;
Liaise with channel partners and suppliers to meet strategic business goals; - Capture profitable and long-term business from assigned clients to achieve monthly sales targets;
- Conduct proactive sales calls;
- Prepare sales analysis report to Manager ;
- Process sales orders on a timely and accurate manner;
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Business, Marketing or related disciplines is preferable;
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience in Inside Selling/ Account Servicing / Telemarketing is preferred;
- Ability to learn about products & services and present to customers;
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Self-motivated, independent and well-organized with attention to details and willing to learn;
- Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
- Immediate availability is preferred;
- More experience will be considered as Assistant Account Manager / Account Manager.
