Sales & Marketing Executive (New Headcount)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotation, tender and related sales documents
  • Handle sales inquiries via phone and email
  • Work with Account Manager to meet business objectives and sales target
  • Conduct proactive sales calls
  • Build and maintain relationship with potential and existing customers to generate new business, enhance customer satisfaction, retention & loyalty
  • Provide administration support to sales team
  • Assist in sales & marketing activities and other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • DSE/HKAL or above, Diploma in Business related disciplines is preferrable
  • Minimum 1-year experience on sales administration/ customer service/ outbound calling experience are preferred
  • With experience in Inside Selling/ Account Servicing/ Telemarketing/ IT Product Marketing is an asset
  • Outgoing, excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, independent and well-organized with attention to details and willing to learn
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Proficient in PC skills in MS office and Excel
  • Experience with ERP system is an advantage
  • Candidates with more experience can be considered as Sales Executive/ Marketing Officer
