HR & Administration Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Assist HR & Administration Manager in performing all-rounded HR functions covering recruitment, C&B, performance management, HRIS etc
  • Responsible for office administration including office supplies, procurement, repair and maintenance, leasing affairs, staff activities and office renovation etc
  • Assist in formulating and implementing HR & Administration policies, procedures, rules and regulations
  • Assist in the implementation and running of the HR system

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resource or Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 3 years’ relevant experience
  • Proactive, responsible, service-oriented with good interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • Immediately available is a must
