Sales Coordinator / Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotation, tender and related sales document
  • Handle sales inquiries via phone and email
  • Work with Account Manager to meet business objectives and sales target
  • Provide administration support to sales team
  • Develop strong relationship with customer to enhance customer satisfaction, retention & loyalty
  • Assist in sales & marketing activities and other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • DSE/HKAL or above, Diploma in Business related disciplines is preferrable
  • Minimum 1-year experience on sales administration/ customer service/ outbound calling experience are preferred
  • Well-organized, excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Hardworking, self-initiative and capable of working under pressure
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Proficient in PC skills in MS office and Excel
  • Experience with ERP system is an advantage
  • Candidates with more sales-admin experience will be considerated as senior position
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
