The basic element of attendance management is the shift code setting. SMAS can let you define multiple, unlimited shift for handling your actual operation. Parameters such as OT calculation, overnight handling etc can be acheived by defining parameters in the corresponding shift.

Roster can be set for assigning shift into actual pattern of your operation. Roster is divided into three different levels for your maximum flexibility of assigning or re-assigning roster in case of any changes occur during actual operation.

Standard Attendance Module included a standard staff leave handling facilities. Leaves such as annual leave, sick leave, travelling etc can be assigned to individual staff to complete the attendance record.

For Staff missing record due to any reason, SMAS attendance module provices an interface for you to manually enter the record in order to fill up any missing attendance record. All manually input record will be marked and can be notified in all attendance report produced.
