 Building Information Modeling (BIM) Consultant
| Responsibilities: |
- Provide professional consulting service to Architectural, Civil and Engineering Company.
- BIM project management.
- Based on in-depth Building Information Modeling knowledge provides professional technical assistance to salespersons in developing and closing sales opportunities.
- Develops and conducts demos to address specific customers' needs. Integrated with sales team activities, may need to proactively follow up with customer technical lead to provide additional information or answer specific technical questions.
- Plays a key role in developing customer accounts by identifying complete solutions to meet additional unrealized customer needs.

| Requirement: |
- Degree / Higher Diploma in Architecture, Building Studies, Construction, Engineering or related disciplines.
- Experience in Autodesk Products like Revit/ADT/AutoCAD or other Object Oriented CAD packages.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in relevant industries.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.

- Conducts professional presentations in seminars and workshops to generate sales and meet revenue objectives.
- Provides competitive analysis of Company products vs. competitive products throughout the sales cycle.

- Organize marketing activities.

| Requirement: |
- Degree / Higher Diploma, minimum 5 years' sales experience
- Self-motivated and committed to sales target achievement.
- Good interpersonal & analytical skills, hardworking and office software skills.

Application Sales Engineer
| Responsibilities: |

| Requirement: |
- Diploma/High Diploma or above in any disciplines.
- Prefer to have Building / Civil background, and work on Software application.
- Experience in Autodesk Products like Revit/ADT/AutoCAD or other Object Oriented CAD packages. Knowledge in AutoCAD and 3DS MAX.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and could work under pressure.

Programmer (Database)
| Responsibilities: |
- Responsible for web based database application programming.

| Requirement: |
- Familiar with Visual Studio.NET & Visual Studio 6 Development.
- 1-2 years experience in VB, VB.NET, ASP, ASP.NET, ADO, ADO.NET is a must.
- Sound knowledge in MSSQL, MySQL server is an advantage.
- Be initiative & work under tight schedule.

| Responsibilities: |
- Responsible for Java/C++ programming for API in both Microsoft Windows and Redhat Linux Environment.

| Requirement: |
- Familiar with Java Applet, Servlet, JNI,JSP.
